Akbar Dhanaliwala
Akbar is a co-founder of Pocobor. His background is in mechatronics, embedded systems, and autonomous control systems, which he studied at Cornell University, the Technical University of Darmstadt, and at Stanford University. His past work experience, both in the US and abroad includes the Electric Boat Corporation and the GM-subsidiary, Adam Opel Company, where he worked on developing methods for optimizing simulation tire parameters. He also has experience with design for medium volume (1k+ units) manufacturing. It was while studying mechatronics at Stanford that Akbar met Brian Krieger. The two began collaborating on mechatronics work and from this initial collaboration grew the Pocobor firm.
